We offer a variety of services for authors. All work should be edited before it is submitted. We encourage you to use an editor or editorial service you trust. Claddagh Ltd. does offer these services however we do not require authors to use our editorial programs. This is an option that is available upon request. Our services include:
Editorial Services
Copyeditor: An experienced editor will carefully review your manuscript and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
Time frame: 2 - 3 weeks Cost: $0.15 per word
Line Editor: Some manuscripts require more work than others. It is often difficult for writers to catch their own errors. For manuscripts requiring heavy copyediting, an editor will check your manuscript line by line and correct errors in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. The editor will also make suggestions to improve syntax and word choice, and may recommend light structural changes to improve the overall readability of the work.
Time frame: 2 - 3 weeks Cost: $0.20 per word
Researcher: Research is at the root of every great work of literature; it is a critical component of writing. An author must be extremely well informed on their subject matter. Researchers, knowledgeable in the subject area of the title, will help you by gathering facts and information as needed.

Marketing & Promoting
These services can be individually tailored to meet your needs.
Basic Marketing Plan: This includes your target audience and information on how best to reach them. Templates are included for marketing materials designed to interest perspective buyers in your book.
Cost: $149
Deluxe Marketing Plan: Includes the Basic Marketing Plan with a guide to book signings, radio interviews, and press releases.
Cost: $199
Video Marketing Plan: Claddagh Ltd. Publishing House has added a video marketing service. Authors can have a custom video commercial created especially for their books!
This service includes posting videos on You Tube, Yahoo Video, Google Video, MSN Video, plus additional sites.
